Spinach
A customer sent this so we are sharing it with you.

I cooked your spinach tonight and thought you might be interested in a yummy recipe that uses it.
Cook a load of spinach and put it in the bottom of a dish sprinkled with nutmeg.
Lay poached cod or haddock on top.
Lay a poached egg (per person) on top of the fish.
Top with cheese sauce.
Grate some cheese and grill unti golden and crunchy.
It’s gorgeous!
