Baked Fennel
A beautifully simple Baked Fennel – from my brother
1. Trim top 2. Quarter through root, keep root on 3. Blanch in boiling salted water till tender 4. Drain well 5. Put in baking dish and dot with butter, season, pour on some cream, then top with grated parmesan Bake till crispy on topYum Yum
