Arran comes from a heritage of caring for the earth. His father’s mantra, “Always leave the soil better than you found it,” drew Arran to pursue the organic way of life. He started by opening Nature’s Path foods in the back of his family’s vegetarian restaurant in Canada. He went further by buying back LifeStream from Kraft Foods in 1995. Nature’s Path remains independent and family-run even in the face of today’s largest food providers.
