The Only Organic Suppliers
We currently use three farms for our local supplies and one totally organic wholesaler in London. Two of the farms supply vegetables and one supplies eggs. We have listed the distance from Only organic so you can see how far your food has travelled from the local suppliers.
The local farms are:
Sandy Lane Farm, Tiddington (5.2 miles away)
Sandy Lane Farm is organically certified with the Organic Farmers & Growers (UK2). This farm is run by Charles and Sue and in addition to the small produce operation they also have sheep, pigs and livery.
Laverstoke Park, Hampshire (41 miles away)
Simon & Jane run the farm as part of the Laverstoke Estate. Laverstoke have (1.5 y ago) aquired a large glasshouse in Lymington to add to their operation in Overton. The produce from this is officially In Conversion (IC) to organic. To be certified organic it must be IC for 2 years. We sometimes sell a mix of certified and IC produce as per the Soil Association rules. It is clearly marked for you.
Kinsale Farm, Dinton (3.3 miles away)
Kinsale Farm is run by Nigel Williams and his family. Stress-free, organically fed animals are healthier, less aggressive and produce tastier eggs. These birds spend all of their lives free to roam and feed on fresh grass. The flocks are small and live in houses with plenty of room. The farm is certified with the Organic Food Federation (UK4).
