A Little Bit About Us
As a firm we have simple values; they are to provide you with tasty, safe and properly certified local organic food. We will treat you just as we would wish to be treated as a customer of our company.
I started Only Organic in June 2005 after a conversation with my wife that went roughly like this: Dom (for the umpteenth time) “I hate not being able to get an organic veg box delivered.” Lucy (getting more exasperated at the whingeing) “Stop going on and on about it and do it yourself”. Dom (in a fit of pique and overblown self-confidence) “OK then. I will.”
I am married to Lucy, we have daughter of 5 1/2 and live in Brill. I previously worked in the pharmaceutical and IT industries in various sales and consulting roles. My working life generally entailed leaving home on a Sunday afternoon and flying away all over the world to return home Friday just exhausted. Repeat ad infinitum.
When Lucy went into labour I was standing in the middle of Moscow. And yes, I made it home in time! That was a bit of a wake-up call as to the absurdity of my working lifestyle.
